oopsey daisey.....

....i recently aired my dirty laundry on my facebook account.  i usually do NOT do that... i consider it unprofessional......   childish...... self~absorbed....... i live by a motto that if one can't say something nice, to keep one's mouth shut....

thing is though, i posted something, NOT SO NICE... and within seconds had a response from the company.   WOW... talk about POWER of words....  not only did the company respond ASAP... STAT to you medical peeps.... but so did my fellow peeps, commenting "we thought you LOVED them?" "are you going to tell us what happened?"  and to one lovely lady who said, contact them...here's their number.... i did.   they called back..... i rescind my comment.   i eat my words....  we just needed to COMMUNICATE.... i'm glad that the social network proved, well, socially rewarding to me..... i took my comment down, reposted a positive comment, and gave KUDO's to the person who helped me.  because i was a naughty girl, i will now plug for the company i bad mouthed....it is the least i can do, right?   so here goes.....

ROCKS!!!!!

.....i learned that my words are powerful... so is facebook.... and better than that..... so is communicating with the right people at the right time..... so support them.... i'm all stoked about the new caramel calcium chews... i'm only trying one bag though in case i don't tolerate it, because if you know me, and my pouch (matilda), we are finicky!  frustratingly so....

....now about my weekend..... after i got over being mad that i wasn't in vegas.... i decided i could enjoy myself anyway.... so i chatted in my private facebook group  (thank you folks, you know who you are!)     i went to the beach with my daughter, baked cupcakes thursday, visited with my baby sister friday, helped my daughter get ready for her senior prom on saturday... (along with her gorgeous friends, sent her off in the limo and headed to my best friend's house for some fajitas (and for someone who is italian, she can cook mexican, let me tell you!)  then i headed home for some internet chatting.... woke sunday and headed into the fabulous NUOVO salon that was doing an AUTISM AWARENESS HAIR~CUT~A~THON.... and came out the winner there..... now, to be able to purchase a flatiron....  stopped in to see the awesomest family with the little dude who has stolen my heart.... then finished the night baking a sugar~free chocolate cake with chocolate icing, and treked upstairs to give 1/2 of the cake to my neighbors.... 

i polished off my monday morning baking my ever famous (heehee) sugar~free banana/apple bread and i went REALLY crazy and added NUTS.... my weekend was quite productive..... and i didn't need a four hour nap to recuperate!!!!
